Rudywear’s customer service goal is simple: we are committed to providing our customers total satisfaction. Every time. Guaranteed. If you are not fully satisfied with your merchandise when you receive it, you may return it or exchange your item(s) for a similar, (i.e., same cost) item within 30 days of purchase. Returns & Exchanges

To exchange an item, send it back to us with instructions on what you would like in exchange. You must include:

  • Original invoice number
  • E-mail address
  • Telephone number

You will be responsible for the return shipping but Rudywear will pay for shipping the exchange back to you. We will not ship the new merchandise until we receive the item(s) you are exchanging.

IMPORTANT – RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Your return or exchange must be in original, resalable condition or it will be rejected (not washed, worn, dirty, smell of smoke, have any pet hair on it, or damaged in any way), and we must receive it within 30 days of your original order. We will not accept returns or exchanges after the 30 day period. If we mistakenly shipped you the wrong item or the item is defective, we will reimburse you for the cost of shipping the item back to us and the cost of shipping you a replacement.

IMPORTANT – CLEARANCE AND SALE ITEMS

Items purchased in the clearance section or where a price reduction is indicated may not be returned for refund or exchanged for other products. Sale of these items is final.
